Refund Agreement

IconCool series shared software refund agreement

Welcome to choose and use the IconCool series of shared software. To safeguard your rights and interests, we have specially formulated this refund agreement, which reads as follows:

I. Refund principle

1. 30-day no-reason refund: Within 30 days from the date of purchase, users can apply for a no-reason return and refund without providing any reason or additional explanation.

2. Refund scope: Refunds are only available for officially purchased versions that have been successfully paid for. Trial versions, free versions, or gifts are not eligible for refunds.

II. Refund Process

1. Application conditions: Users must submit a refund application within 30 days from the date of purchase and provide valid order information and payment vouchers.

2. Application method: Please submit a refund application through the official customer service email or customer service platform, specifying the order details.

3. Review process: We will conduct a review within 5 working days after receiving the application. Once we confirm that the refund conditions are met, we will arrange for the refund.

4. Refund time: After approval, the refund amount will be returned to the user's payment account through the original payment method, usually completed within 7 working days.

III. Precautions

1. Usage restrictions: Before submitting a refund request, the software should ensure that no illegal modifications or duplications have been made.

2. Special circumstances: If the software has been activated and used for more than 30 days, refunds may not be processed.

3. Multiple purchases: Each purchase entitles you to a 30-day no-reason refund, but only one refund application is allowed per order.

IV. Other Instructions

1. The right to interpret, alter, and amend this agreement belongs exclusively to IconCool's official team.

2. If you have any questions or disputes, please contact our official customer service in a timely manner, and we will answer your questions and handle your concerns as soon as possible.
